Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred, but paid training is available for candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Reliability: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation to job sites across Modesto, Tracy, and Ripon, and a clean attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25–30 pounds regularly throughout a shift.
- Attention To Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and an organizational mindset to ensure no spots are missed.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
